HP Cloud Recovery Tool Does not recognize product id

I am trying to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, and it does not recognize my product ID.

Hi:

The cloud recovery tool is not supported for the dv7 model series.

It only works on select models made in 2016 or later.

Hi:

I see from another discussion that you have issues with your notebook's webcam.

See if installing either of the webcam drivers from the link below gets the webcam to work on W10.

Even though they only go up through W8.1, they sometimes work on W10 too.

Your suggestion did not solve the issue with the web cam problem. I have decided not to pursue the issue any further q

what can i do to recover system because all has fail with the recovery all other ways
