I tried downgrading my laptop from Windows 11 to Windows 10, but I am still having issues. HP Cloud Recovery Tool is telling me that my product ID is invalid even with the right numbers and letters, Can you help please?

Unfortunately, no one can help you because once the PC reaches 5 years of age, HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool, which is why the product number is reporting the product ID is invalid.

 

If clean installing W10 with the Microsoft media creation tool and installing the drivers and software from your notebook's support page didn't solve the problem, there isn't anything that I know of you can do.

 

What issues are you having?

 

Also, the PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements (processor not supported).

 

W11 will normally work on an unsupported PC, but when you have a convertible PC like yours, devices such as the touchscreen may not work.
