I have had the tool either fail to create in the past or fail to reinstall the OS if it did create successfully, so yes, it is very disappointing when you are counting on the cloud recovery tool to work, and it doesn't.

 

If you need any help finding drivers after you clean install W10, let me know and I will be happy to help you out.

 

These newer notebooks have some odd-ball devices that are sometimes hard to figure out what driver you need to install for them.
