When I start HP Cloud Recovery Tool to download Recovery Media for my Notebook (ProductID 27J72EA#UUZ) it tells me that the Product ID is incorrect or not valid.
How to obtain Recovery Media for this Notebook? Thanks for your help.

Hi:
I don't see where your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
You have to use the one for business notebooks and there is no cloud recovery tool download file on your notebook's support page.
You can try this one but I doubt it will work since it is not listed on your notebook's support page.
Cloud Recovery Client
2.6.3.1
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110501-111000/sp110846.exe
If it doesn't work, then I recommend you use the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below to create bootable W10 installation media.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Your other option would be to contact HP customer service in Switzerland and ask them to send you a recovery media kit.
