HP 15-dy2093dx

So I recently bought HP 15(dy2093dx) for my brother and it crashed showing "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" and i was advised to create a windows recovery tool. So i got a 32GB USB stick (29.9GB), installed the HP Cloud recovery tool from MS store, and inputted the product ID of the HP 15 (405F7UA#ABA) and after around 8-10hrs, it finished its download and extraction but ended with a failure. I retried again and same thing happened suggesting i contact HP support with my log files which are both in a .log file and a compressed folder. So here I am, I cant seem to attach any of the log files as they are not supported, my laptop is HP Victus 15 fa1082wm if that will help. I'd really need help on how to circumvent this problem. I'd appreciate any suggestions given. Thanks and God bless

The only suggestion I can offer if the cloud recovery tool isn't working would be to clean install W11.

You can make a bootable W11 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

Download Windows 11

Boot from the installation media, and when you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' you may not find any drives to install Windows on.

If that happens, load the Intel storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below so that Windows can find the drive.

Unzip and copy all of the files in the folder in the attachment to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

If Windows still can't find the drive, uncheck the box to include the compatible driver and try any of the ones listed.

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the notebook's support page:
