Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I was running my HP Cloud Recovery to my USB, When I lasted checked on it it was nearing 50%, I left for a number of hours (3-7 I think) and I returned to see it fail, With the drive at 16.4 GB free of 28.8 GB, Is it possible I could resume the progress? or Should I wipe the drive and Start over?
