Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC (22P60AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a notebook is an HP 255 G7, AMD 3020e.

 

I need to use the HP Cloud recovery tool, I checked the compatibility on the CSP Compatibility site and it says it is compatible with my computer. Once the pendrive was created, the system started and it said that it is incompatible, what should I do to solve the problem? Official Windows 10 works poorly and I have tried different versions and I have not been successful in functioning (20h2 to 22h2)}
