Thanks for reaching out. I read the post regarding not able to install coolsense 2.2 as you get an error message that it is not supported. I will be glad to assist you here. Splendid description of the issue before posting.
For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
Please let me know the complete model# or the product# of the computer along with the operating system installed to assist you accurately.
For now please refer to this document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02638953 regarding HP coolsense.
In the FAQs section, it clearly states that HP CoolSense software works only on HP computers and requires accelerometer and thermal control hardware.
So if you get this message that coolsense cannot be installed on your computer, it means that the computer does not have the required hardware to install it and use it. I am not beating around the bush here. I am being honest about it by keeping your best interest in mind. Hope this answers your question.
