Understanding what "HP Drive Encryption" means doesn't help. Knowing how to uninstall it so I can update my Windows 10 to 10.2 is what we need to know. The error message states "Error 9998: HP Client Security Manager 8.x is required." I need to know how to obtain this do that I can update my Windows and better secure my machine.
