HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0800no

>I´ve been the happy owner of a HP envy laptop for 3 years. Now the right bottom hinge is broken, - it simply just popped out. I have always taken very good care of the laptop and it has never been dropped or injured in any way.

Looking at other messages here, I get the feeling I am not the only one with this "hinge"-problem. I am aware that warranty has expired but I still feel that the product should last longer than this. So my question: Does HP compensate this, offer repair or anything a like? Kind regards, Ina Ystrøm

The hinge was broken, which led to a crack and part of the screen was broken, although not a year and months had passed since the purchase, as the warranty expired in May 2023 In Egypt
