HP ENVY 7645- photo tray is blocked. Can’t print.

Photo tray is blocked is the message. I’ve tried the HP suggestions but it doesn’t work.

I would suggest you to first remove and insert the photo tray. You may also refer to the steps suggested in this support document for - HP ENVY 5640, 5660, 7640 Printers - 'Photo Tray Problem' Error

Try removing the tray and then reinsert the same to try and fix the issue.

Is there a way to remove the input tray?
