HP ENVY Laptop - 17t-cg100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received this new laptop to replace my old Envy. When this goes to sleep - I have to hard re-boot - I cannot wake it up by moving mouse or clicking on keyboard. I do not have the option available to set the keyboard to wake up - the advanced options are grayed out.

I've updated drivers, and checked for any Windows updates. There has to be a resolution for this problem. I've gone to the topics that have been referenced and nothing seems to "fix" it. How do I log a support ticket?

So - lots of views but no recommendations. Three calls with tech support who never fixed my issue. I finally found a fix on my own that I want to post in case someone else has this same issue.

Uncheck "turn on fast startup" in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Sytem Settings . Ever since I did that, I've been able to wake up my computer from sleep.
