FROM my reading i do not believe my HP ENVY SLEEKBOOK CAN BE UGRADED TO WINDOWS 11. I was wondering if it can be upgraded to windows 10 at this point? I am currenty running windows 8.1.

Hi:
I believe that you can only upgrade a PC from W10>W11, so you would have to do that first.
Here's how to upgrade your notebook to W10:
If you have another PC running W10, make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the USB installation media has been created, do not boot from it.
Open the flash drive in Windows explorer and double-click to run the setup application to begin the upgrade process.
You have 10 days to go back to W8.1 as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.
You can install the W10 drivers and software you need from your notebook's support page.
Your notebook does not meet Microsoft's processor requirements to get the direct upgrade to W11.

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
