I had recently bought the HP ENVY 1am-ce0013dx. It had everything I was looking for in a laptop: Windows 10 Home, i7 core, 12 GB Memory, DVD drive, SD slots and many ports. When I brought the laptop home it turned on and, from my point of view, worked great. For 2hrs. It said that it didn't have an operating system. ??? But it did, the Windows 10.
I took it to Best Buy, I bought it online with warranty. They said it the operating system wasn't installed but they could reinstall it. However, I would have to go online and download the drives. I wasn't going to do that and said I'll just exchange it. I did. It worked great for 2 days and then the same thing happened again. No operating system installed. Did I mention that BOTH laptops were BRAND SPANKIN' NEW!!!
Has this happened to anyone?
