Product: HP EliteBook 735 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi. I own the HP elitebook 735 G6 model and was doing casual browsing when it suddenly turned off. The screen turned black and only the f11 (wireless) key orange light remained on. The power indicator is blinking orange and white, non stop. The fans are on as well.
I pressed and held the power button for 15 seconds and the laptop turned off completely (all the lights and fans) but as soon as I release the power button, the orange f11 light turns on along with the fans and the power indicator also starts blinking.
I can't even turn it off completely now.
The battery is internal so it can't be removed easily.
Is there anything I that may help with this issue?
TIA
