Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 6400 is ready with full ink, paid monthly, Does not print and does not scan. HP doctor can't see it.

It was working before for years.

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

I don't see any solutions in your response.

My printer shows online with full ink.

All payments are paid. 

It is on the same network as my system

Router is updated and working on all other devices I have at home and mobile

When I try to scan or print it fails. Running the doctor does not see the printer and keep saying the same thing.

I a still on windows 10 with updates.

So what do you see as the problem?
