restarted it and seems to be corrected but not very loud

 

is the sound supposed to be not loud on this system compared to the HP dv7 or Dell XPS systems

If you installed the W10 sp71886 IDT audio driver unfortunately I wouldn't have any suggestions to improve the audio quality.

I guess these was for business systems and they did not require that unless they did the webcam
