Thanks, I have tried this with no success

 

This is what I have tried , drive is nVme drive. Shows under Linux live boot

See this post which shows sp146929 was used to install IRST VMD storage driver successfully in a notebook with an Intel Core 12th gen processor.

The sp file should've worked for your notebook too.

 

None of what you extensively did so far worked, and your SSD drive passed a diagnostic test. I now tend to think that RST built in the BIOS is not working.

 

That's most likely the reason the cloud recovery media immediately displayed the SRT error which, I believe, meant to be RST (see my earlier reply).

 

If you look at the F6 folder you copied to the installation usb drive, two files in it are RST files, and if RST in the BIOS is not working, the Windows installer can't load IRST drivers to detect the SSD, I believe.

 

I'm not sure if a BIOS update will fix the problem.

 

Perhaps, you can take the notebook to an HP authorized service center or a local repair shop, but they may suggest that the motherboard be replaced, which is costly.

If you want to try a BIOS update, you need to create a BIOS recovery usb drive. See this post for how to update BIOS from a usb drive.
