hp envy x360 15-bp005na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Community,

I am hopefully about to buy the Envy x360 15 bp-005na but have just had a converstion with sales about  upgrading the OS from windows 10 Home to Pro. He seemed to think that it might affect the warranty, but was not sure. Can someone tell me if this is so?

Also could someone confirm that (warranty aside) it is possible to upgrade as above with this model.

Many thanks,

Mike.

Hi,

Upgrading from Home to Pro will not affect warranty and is an easy process. You just need to go to settings and go to update and security and in the list on the left click on activation. Now you can click on change product key (if you have already bought product key for windows pro) and enter product key. A window will open to upgrade to windows pro.

Hope it helps,

David
