I have a laptop with a Windows system startup error with error 0xc0000098 and a problem with the BSD file,

When I tried to fix it via "Run Automatic Repair or Startup Repair" it didn't help and the system said it couldn't fix the error

I tried using "Restore BCD using Command Prompt"

bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd gave a message that it found 0 systems

bootrec.exe /fixmbr was successful

bootrec.exe /fixboot gave a message about Access denied

I also tried "Run the CHKDSK utility."

chkdsk C: /f /r /x wrote that the file system type is Raw and that the utility is unavailable

I scanned the disks via diskpart and it showed 1 disk without a name with 5000 kilobytes of free space

How to restore the system or at least extract all the files

Also note, the disk in the command line is marked as X

I created a flash drive with Ubuntu in order to boot the system from it and download all the files before further actions, but I was faced with a ban from secure startup. I disabled it, but now it asks to enter 4 digits somewhere for authorization and making changes, tell me what I'm talking about and where I should go to enter these digits. Also, if you have any ideas on how to fix the initial problem with error 0xc0000098 and a problem with the BSD file, I will be glad to receive your advice
