Hi, I have a laptop (HP Pavilion) Model Number 15-P165sa. I've had it quite a while now and it has had linux running on it. I now want to restore it to it's factry settings and I believe when I brought it back in 2014 it came with Windows 8.1, then I upgraded to Windows 10 then I put linux on it. I don't see any stickers for a windows Product code or windows ID anywhere on the laptop. What are the options available to restore this laptop to factory settings. It has also been upgraded over the years to max RAM and a 2TB SDD. So what would my options be for restoring it to factory settings?
