Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Sister's Laptop is stuck At 64% loading screen/ windows uptdate screen and we cant do anything with it it just keeps reloading over and over. We Don't know what to do please reply ASAP. This is happening as soon as the laptop gets powered on.

Immediatly after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 and run the tests.
