I need help with a firmware-level boot issue.

My HP Laptop 15-dw3033dx (405F6UA) is stuck in an automatic Recovery Manager loop.

The system boots into Recovery Manager without me pressing any key.
Factory recovery fails every time.

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics pass. SSD SMART and DST tests passed.

The laptop ignores USB boot media including Windows installer, Linux, and Ventoy.
There is no BIOS option to disable embedded recovery or HP Sure Recover.

I am requesting help to clear the firmware recovery flag or reflash the BIOS so I can install Windows normally.

i am in a collage class that wanted us to put PoP'os on are laptops and then go back to windows and this is were I got stuck. I just want windows back on my Laptop thank you.
