Hey guys sorry I know this might have been asked many times but everyone has different models.
Windows 10 (1803) here at work we have an image. Only update not playing nice and don't see it listed on HP's site for this model and drivers. HP 640 G4
Is there not an update since I get this in Device Manager:
Code 48 - The Software for This Device Has Been Blocked From Starting Because It Is Known to Have Problems With Windows. Contact the Hardware Vendor for a New Driver
Thanks!

Hi:
See if installing this driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem...

Ahhh ok we haven't used that model but do just recently used the 840 G5 and I do have that file you listed in our drivers folder for that model under HP Drive Guard - cool. I'll give it whirl and let ya know the results.
Thanks again.
