Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I've recently purchached HP Omen 15dc1001nm, and I have just downloaded Witcher 3 videogame. When entering the game, I am faced with black screen and eventual stall of my entire laptop. I am then forced to restart the laptop.
BIOS, and all other critical updates for laptop I have downloaded fomr HP site, but I've found that Graphic Control Firmware is of utmost importance in this occurance. In following link, there is a official reply to my problem, but after installing this update, I see no difference, crashes are still constant. https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c06266829
If I could get any help with this problem, I'd appreciate it.
