My Omnibook Ultra 14 keeps freezing, especially when I use the laptop on battery power (not plugged in).

I have found other users experiencing similar issues, as described in the link below. I still have an active warranty, and I do not want to deactivate the Radeon graphics card just to make the laptop usable. I bought an expensive laptop and expect it to work properly. Also all my softwares are up to date. 

 

How do I make a warranty claim?
