Hello everyone
I have a HP Pavilion 15 Gaming cx-0194tx that won't start up. I tried start using bios update, failed, automatic repair also stucked, aldo tried to reset the pc using HP recovery manager but cannot found D drive.
So i've downloaded HP Cloud Recovery Tool, on my other working HP laptop. When I get to the System Information page I check “I need to enter product ID for my HP System, and enter the ProdID from the label on my laptop which is 57JEPA#AR6. When I type this into the field I receive the error “Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP Support”. I contacted HP Support Jakarta through whatsapp, i want to order HP Recovery Manager UBS for my laptop, but they replied product has reached end of support line, please contact locat IT near you to have it fixed. What a solution...
So i want to order/buy the recovery USB stick from HP or using this Cloud Recovery Tool was my only hope. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance, Fuyi.

Please use 57JEPA and ignore #AR6

Looking at BIOS revision history on your driver download page, your notebook is 6-7 years old, and the cloud recovery tool is not supported.
What you can do is to clean install W10 from the Microsoft Windows download site. It's free.
Download Microsoft Media Creation Tool from this link (click the blue "Download Now" button) and run it to create a bootable W10 installation usb drive. You need a min 8 GB usb drive.
Connect a W10 installation usb drive to the notebook. Turn it on and immediately tap the F9 key fast for boot option menu. Select USB Flash Drive (or USB Hard drive) to start the W10 installation.
If your notebook came with W10 factory-installed, its product key is stored in the BIOS, and Windows will be automatically activated when you go online after the W10 setup is completed.

I tried to install new windows, but the no drive were detected on HP Hard Disk, no, C (Windows)and D Driver (HP Recovery), only drive Z i can select which only 16Gb Capacity.
Then I used HP PC Diagnostic Tools to detect and test the hard disk, can be detected and scanning result just fine. I re-tried to install again new Windows but still only Z Drive found.
Now, I took out the HDD put it into hard drive external casing, I check it using other laptop, all the drive C and D still in there, i scanned for errors, but no errors found. I'm out of ideas, thanks.
