HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0013dx
I have enabled TPM in the BIOS, verified multiple times. Attempts to use tpm.msc and Windows PC Health Check, neither can detect the TMP presence.
I have checked for updated drivers. I have re-installed the BIOS firmware. Still Windows 10 cannot detect the TPM.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06463281
It has AMD Ryzen™ 5 3550H with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics (2.1 GHz base clock, up to 3.7 GHz max boost clock, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) processor that why the tool does not show up TPM.
If you look in the Device manager, you will find a security devices category and when you click to expand that category, you will see the AMD PSP security device.
Regards.
