Hi!
I have had my Laptop for about 3 years now, up until the end of last year it was working fine. When it stopped working I didn't care to do anything because it was going to cost a lot of money to get it repaired however, Last week I tried to start it up and it seems to be working better but still not turning on.
When I turn my laptop on there is a black screen, the HP logo then appears for about 10 seconds. It then disappears, the screen shuts off(not the laptop) and then after another 10 seconds the HP logo comes back and it repeats.
I do have the ability to press F1, F2, F9, F10, and F11. I have tested almost every component on my laptop through the system diagnostics menu. I have tried factory resetting but it always fails, and I have also tried to refresh Windows, but it almost seems like Windows is not installed.
I have tried using the HP digital assistant, I have watched many YouTube videos, and visited a lot of HP support websites. If anyone has any idea of how to fix this I would really appreciate it.
Thank You!
