Product: HP Pavilion dv6 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am attempting to find on the hp site where to purchase a recovery cd ad my recovery partition has failed under f11.

 

My issue is how to identify my notebook so that I can get to the next step.

I have followed this link Contact HP and identified my country of origin etc then cant get past the next step.

I currently have is the licence codes and a series of numbers on that  label Plus the base model pavilion DV6. there is also some information inside the battery compartment.

 

Can someone help?
