Product: HP Pavilion Laptop Model 15-cs1063cl

Hello all. My Pavilion running Microsoft 10 doesn't seem to want to boot past a black screen with a mouse. I've tried using a system restore point to about 20 days ago, but to no avail. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
