Hello @Muhammad_Shoaib
Welcome !
Recovery image for Windows 8.1 might be available from 3rd parties only in the USA but not in the country you appear to be from. As an advanced user/part of the HP Experts program/ I am able to see your location (country).
I did a research and the HP website points to only one driver for both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and it is for RealTek HD Audio -> this one -> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69001-69500/sp69248.exe
- Is this the driver you installed ? Can you reinstall it ?
- Do you run 32-bit Windows ?
- Can you go to Control Panel -> Device Manager , check >this article< and provide me with the hardware ID of the Sound adapter ?
- What kind of Sound issues you experience ? Could you provide details ?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hey,
Can you do these things:
1) Ensure active Internet connection. Watch and/or read this from HP - follow the steps >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZg_avkqLqM
>> https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c04973149
2) Provide the hardware ID if the issue is still not solved after you follow the steps >> https://www.wikihow.com/Find-Hardware-ID
