I stupidly asked ChatGPT to help me do a minimal windows install on my HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n155sa (ENERGY STAR) Intel(R) Atom(TM) x5-Z8300 CPU @ 1.44GHz, System Memory 2 GB, Memory Slot 1 2GB Hynix 1600MHz, System Board 813E 34.11 , System Bios F.14, 32GB SSD
I re-installed Windows 10 64 bit home using the Media Creation Tool Windows installed OK but the touch screen etc isn't working. HP doesn't show drivers any more for this machine 10 unknown devices in Device Manager
I assume this machine came with Windows 10 64 bit
HP Cloud Recovery tool doesn't want to know, I assume HP is trying to make us scrap the machines if it isn't providing old software
Any ideas ?

Searching the forum, I was able to find an old post where someone provided the direct links to some 64 bit drivers for your notebook that are no longer available on the support site:
See if the drivers that were posted in this discussion install some of the missing devices:
Solved: Audio services not responding - HP Support Community - 5737495
The file links in that discussion are outdated and no longer work.
I have corrected the links below:
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) Optional
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73501-74000/sp73945.exe
Intel Chipset, Graphics, Camera, and Audio Driver Pack
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72830.exe
Conexant Audio Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72855.exe
After you install the chipset and audio drivers that were referenced in that discussion, please post the hardware ID's for any other devices that need drivers, and I will see if the Microsoft Update Catalog has them or other sources.
Updating the BIOS is up to you.

I believe that the notebook originally came with W10 32 bit.
If you make a W10 32 bit installation USB flash drive, and install W10 32 bit, I may be able to help you find the drivers you need for it to work.
HP did not have W10 64 bit drivers available from what I recall for that model series.

On reviewing screenshots etc the machine actually was originally Windows 10 Home 64 bit.
So Windows has installed OK it's the drivers I need for the touch screen etc.
