Hi I have a similar problem with my HP 4340s Probook after re-imaging with WIndows 7 Professional 64bit I have two devices I can't find drivers for.  The laptop model is C5Q36PA#ABG.  The drivers I'm looking for are related to:

Unknown Device

USB\VID_138A&PID_003D

 

Univeral Serial Bus (USB) Controller

When I try to click on any links you have in your answers it takes me to a page with no drivers or links to go any further - SO Frustrating.

Anyhow if you can help it would be most appreciated
