Hi.
I requested a refund for my HP ENVY Laptop around 16 days ago. I recieved an email which said a date when my product would be picked up from my address would be emailed to me within 2 weeks. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I am yet to recieve any such pickup date. As usual, phone support was no help and gave me information I already knew while not updating me on the status of my refund at all, and the 'assistants' on the live chat service on Whatsapp most of the time left me waiting hours for a reply (sometimes I recieved no reply whatsoever, and had to start over again). I'm still no closer to an answer as to when I'll have my product picked up and when my refund will finally be processed. I would be highly grateful if anyone could give me any sort of information.
