Pavillion 15 cc103tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I had to replace my Hard Disk and reinstall my licensed Windows 10 Home due to SMART Hard Disk failure. Since then, I am not able to find the HP Recovery Manager. I have already checked the default drivers that are available for my product Pavillion 15 cc 103tx but  HP Recovery Manager is not listed there but I really need HP RM as it would allow me to reinstall all my previous drivers such as the HP Audio Switch and the Bang & Olufsen Play app on my newly installed OS. Also literally every device driver I previously had can only be reinstalled through HP Recovery Manager but I don't understand why some experts on support community say that I don't need HP RM and that its deprecated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi:

You can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall the original W10 operating system with the drivers and software that came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
