Notebook 15-ba00 PC Series

Hello everyone, i had a problem with HP Recovery Manager which is no longer on the  start menu. The recovery partition is still there, but it seems that it is not accessible anywhere. Not even on the Microsoft Recovery partition. does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.
If HP Recovery Manager is missing from the Start Menu but the recovery partition is still intact, there are a few ways you can restore or access recovery options on your HP Notebook 15-ba00 series:

Option 1: Use F11 at Startup

Even if Recovery Manager is missing from Windows, you can still access recovery tools via the recovery partition:

  1. Turn off your notebook.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Choose an option screen appears.
  3. Select Troubleshoot > Recovery Manager (if available) or Reset this PC.

This method uses the recovery partition directly and is often the most reliable.

 

Option 2: Use Windows Built-in Recovery

If F11 doesn’t work or Recovery Manager isn’t listed:

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
  2. Under Reset this PC, click Get started.
  3. Choose to Keep my files or Remove everything, depending on your needs.

Option 3: Use HP Cloud Recovery Tool

If the recovery partition is corrupted or inaccessible, you can create a recovery USB using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool:

  1. Download the tool from: HP Cloud Recovery Tool
  2. Run it on another working PC.
  3. Enter your notebook’s product number (found on the bottom of your laptop or in BIOS).
  4. Follow the prompts to create a recovery USB drive.
  5. Boot your notebook from the USB to reinstall the original factory image.

 

Additional Tip:

If your notebook was upgraded from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10, HP Recovery Manager may have been removed during the upgrade. In such cases, HP recommends using Windows recovery tools or the Cloud Recovery Tool.

Thank you for the reply ! But when I tried to use HP Cloud Recovery it tells me that my model does not exist. I have tried many times to re-enter the data.
