Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I turn on my computer I enter a four  digit code and that usually opens up my computer but today it did not, instead it generated another box to reconfirm the windows password with the option to put a new password and to confirm that password but it isn’t working and the message says the password cannot be confirmed.
