Spectre X360 - 15 - df0002no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought it 10 months ago, worked fine last night.

Completely dead in morning. The power button flashes / blinks once (fast) then pause.

Tried holding power button for 30 seconds several times to clear circuits, doesn't work.

Charging is not working as well. When I connect charger the charging indicator does not light up. Tried several chargers.

Presentation coming up on Monday.

Try using an alternate power cable if available and check if that helps.

 

Resetting the computer can resolve many issues that cause a blank screen. Go to How to Power Reset Your Laptop for detailed steps to reset your notebook.

Also, refer to - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your Notebook. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
