Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4132nl (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have a problem with virus maybe because i can't open a lot of things and the system say that i don't have permissions administrator. So i decided to reinstall all original software. Now i try and the Recovery Manager of HP system goes in error:

 

"The message say error incomplete restore"

 

All the software i activate from initially Bios setup.

 

Anyone that can have the image software for download and install in usb pen so i can reinstall all system new??

The list does not shows which software. Please use your memory to work put which one and you MAY BE able to download from HP or elsewhere.

Thank's... after post the message i try to search the correct software and in Microsoft website i have find for downloaded the USB ISO Image of windows 10 home.. now is all ok.. Thank's for all!!!
