Product: HP Stream 7 Tablet - 5709

Stream 7 tablet - I would like to change the user and password but when i try to reset password it says "The feature requires removable media, such as a USB flash drive. Please connect a USB flash drive, and then try again". There is no place for a flash drive - do you think it means the SD Card?
