Hello, my name is Logan and I am trying to reset an HP stream 15-r015wm and the user wants HP recovery manager and everything! So I am needing someone to upload a recovery image and link me to it! And no the typical windows 10 image will not work even though I suggested that it would be much better! They also don't want to buy HP recovery discs/USB! Thanks in advance!

Hi, @LMaster12
Since there is no such model as a Stream 15-r015wm, I will assume you are referring to the 11-r015 WM.
Unfortunately, there is no free HP recovery image download, even though the cloud recovery client info appears on the support page. I checked the product number of the PC.

You can verify that the info is correct by entering the product number in the applicable column at the link below.

I suppose nothing precludes you from trying the cloud recovery client and see what happens.
Otherwise the owners of the PC will have no choice other than to order the recovery media from HP which can be done from the support page above, or allow you to clean install W10, which I also agree would be much better because you can delete all of the partitions on the drive and free up precious disk space on that tiny 32 GB eMMC drive.
