HP Stream - 14-ax040wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am wanting to sell my laptop. When I tried to perform a factory reset, it told me that I needed to have more space (there was literally nothing extra on the computer except for factory installed items and Windows/HP updates), so I deleted those.

Once I finally had enough space, it would take me about 3/4 of the way through the reset, then tell me that it was unsuccessful and nothing was changed.

I looked at some support topics that suggested running diagnostics (by pressing an F button during start-up). However, no matter what I press...ESC, F, etc., nothing will pull up the diagnostic screen.

Please help!

Your machine ONLY has 32GB of eMMC storage. Machine won't have enough room to do its work. Please try

You may have to do this many times each year depending on how often you have to reset/update your machine

Regards.
