My Support Assistant seems quite broken. Note sure if this is the right forum and can't find any way to actually report a bug or contact HP (except via telephone) so posting here.
The icon for the Support Assistant is showing the red exclamation mark notification Hover over and it says "Important Action needed". But when you open support assistant: no message, no updates, nothing to do!
Also, the links to HP Product Support Center and HP Support Community do nothing when clicked. Yesterday the Product Center one opened a page which was 404 Not Found but today nothing.
I first had this some days ago. Tried to log in here but couldn't remember password so reset the password. This kicked me out of Support Assistant which then claimed I had no internet and so it couldn't log in again! (It offered to launch the HP Network Check, which reported all was OK - plus I could make Teams calls, etc so i did have internet). I had to reboot the computer to fix that and be able to log in again, but then the notification icon issue was still there.
