Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce0505sa 3ZU99EA#ABU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Support assistant showed BIOS update. But when i run it the Bios wizard laptop not compatible. And my driver page also shows the bios version.

Try updating the BIOS.
