Hello Community.

 

I am creating a bootable USB flash drive using ThinPro PC Converter tool to install Thinpro OS 7.2.0 on my Dell laptop. The process of creating the bbotable USB completes without any issues. However the problem I am facing is when I try to boot the laptop from the USB. As per ThnPro PC converter guide right after boot the following page should be prombpted:

and after set up completed, the final page should look like this:

Howerver when I boot the laptob using the USB, Instead of compatibility page I am seeing the following page which is a command line prmpt:

Any help on this would be truly appreciated.
