If you own a laptop from this series, your device also has this error! When you officially update the BIOS, your CPU performance drops! I updated from F.07 bios version to F.11 bios version and here is the result! CPU-Z single core score dropped from 750 to 666. How did I know this was going to happen and you're wondering why I made a video? Because 2 of my friends' laptops of the same brand and model are also having this problem. We guessed that this erroneous situation came with the Bios update and we were not mistaken!
And here is my old post:
and this problem is not solved with the last bios update either. Hp dude what's your problem?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

// After update bios version from vf.07 to vf.10 my single core turbo boost frequency dropped from 4.7ghz to 4.09ghz. Every Victus 16 that use Intel 12700h have this problem. This is not thermal throttling. You can try any victus 16 laptop with f.10 or above bios version.//
