Hi HP Community,
I'm facing multiple issues with my HP Victus laptop. It started with an error message from Epic Games stating that my graphics card is unsupported. Following this, I encountered a "your device ran into an error" message, and now Windows is failing to load correctly.
I've tried running the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command, but it's stuck at a certain percentage.Additionally, my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU is not showing up in Task Manager, only the Intel UHD Graphics is listed.
I've already tried updating graphics drivers, checking for overheating, and running malware scans, but the problem persists.
I’ve also ran DDU, the issue was fixed only for a day
I'm seeking assistance from the HP community on how to resolve these issues. Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.
