Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb2000 (9V7M9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP VICTUS 15-fb2063DX  can't wake up from sleep so i have to always hold down the power button to force shutdown. I tried pressing on all the buttons on the keyboard, mouse, and hooked up external keyboards and it doesn't work. Everytime i pressed on the external keyboard, the keyboard lights up for a while before powering down again. The power button have this slow pulsing light and the capslock has this infrequent flickering light. I dont want to disable sleep because i want to preserve my work.
