HP Windows 10 - Taskbar Not Working, Installer Not Working, Printing Not Working

Hello. 

Suddenly my notebook has very limited use. 
Powers up fine, connects to the internet. 
Can open shortcut links on task bar however i can not open windows button, i can not print, i can not install anything (windows installer error) mini icons to the right hand side do not show wifi connection.

I have done a system recovery with no luck, virus scan with no luck. 
Have no luck here and very limited use

I understand that HP Windows 10 - Taskbar Not Working, Installer Not Working, Printing Not Working.

Please perform the below steps on the computer to run a System Test

- Shut down/Turn off the computer

- Once the computer is completely Shut down/Turned off

- Now press the power button once to turn on the computer and immediately start pressing/tapping the F2 key on the keyboard

- This should open the UEFI Diagnostic screen on the computer

- Please select System Test and then select extensive Test
